Record the plan’s actions
Write each agreed action down as a promise: what will be done, who does it, for whom and by when, under the goal it serves.

What hurts today.
The agreements stay in the notebook of whoever took notes.
An action with no owner and no date gets done by nobody.
Nobody knows which goal each action serves.
A meeting produces agreements, and an agreement that is not written down with an owner and a date does not happen. So someone moves each agreement into the action plan: what will be done, who does it, for whom and by when, and under which goal. It is almost always the analyst, after the meeting, from their notes, and whatever they did not manage to write down is lost.
